MediCare ("the app", "we") is an iOS application developed by Fabio Luparello for managing medications and family health. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information.

MediCare does not collect any personal data. The app works entirely locally on the user's device. Specifically:

We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information
We do not collect health or medical data on external servers
We do not use analytics or tracking tools
We do not collect geographic location data
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies

3. Data Storage

All data entered in the app (profiles, medications, appointments) is saved exclusively on the user's local device using standard iOS technologies (UserDefaults and local file system). This data is never transmitted to external servers.

4. Notifications

The app may request permission to send local notifications to remind users to take medications and attend appointments. These notifications are generated and managed entirely by the user's device and do not involve any data transmission.

5. Photos

The app may request access to the camera and photo library to add photos to profiles and medications. These images are saved exclusively on the local device and are not transmitted to third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

MediCare uses an optional anonymous questionnaire via Tally.so to collect feedback about the app. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. For more information, please see Tally's Privacy Policy.

7. Children

MediCare is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
